RETURNS & EXCHANGES


POLICY

Harding & Wilson only accepts returns for an exchange within 14 days of delivery, and will not offer refunds of any kind. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange. Please return the item in the same condition it was received and in original packaging. If upon return the item does not meet these requirements, you will be notified and the return/exchange will be nullified.


HOW TO EXCHANGE

All returns must be authorized by Harding & Wilson. Please send return requests to friends@hardingandwilson.com with your order number and item number(s) that you would like to return. A confirmation email will be sent by Harding & Wilson with further instruction on how and where to return your item(s). Once we have received your return package we will process and ship your new order within 3-5 days. 


Harding & Wilson will not cover the cost of shipping on a returned item, domestic or international, and is not liable for any return items lost in transit. To ensure that return packages get delivered to us safely, please send using a trackable service. 


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Follow the return procedure by first emailing a request to friends@hardingandwilson.com Once we have authorized the return we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for returning the defective merchandise. 


SHIPPING

Any and all costs of shipping, duties and taxes involved with re-shipping an exchanged product to the customer will be at the customers expense.
